Our factory at Shrirampur MIDC is located 35 KM from Shirdi Airport in Maharashtra.
Infrastucture - TWEL and BTU has its own land in midc area Shrirmapur with area of
75000 sq. ft., out of which 20000 sq.ft is specifically allocated for Heat Exchangers. This
premises is covered with activities like:- fabrication and assembly of soot blowers covering
the area of 16,000 sq. ft. manufacturing of C I gilled and finne tube economizers,
manufacturing of air pre heaters etc.
TWEL have own fin welding machine with modern
technology for precision manufacturing of finned tubes, in house foundry for cast on bend
process, in house heat treatment plant for shrink fitting of cast gills on tube.
BTUT has core drilling machine, plasma cutting machine one each, Addore make welding
rectifier-6 Nos and hydrotest machine one,pug machine– one, gas cutting set 2 Nos, air
compressor–one, argon welding machines-two, grinder 7 Nos, specifically allocated for heat
exchangers.
