BTUT is a group of Trustwell and Bleachchem formed in June 2016 to cater the requirement of energy saving and waste heat recovery solutions in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refinery, food and various other industrial sectors.
To enhance our technology base we have collaborated with a technology group ‘Urja Disha Boiler Technologies’ and have given various types of typical and tailer made heat exchangers in stainless steel construction.
For example: Tube in Tube Type Of Heat Exchangers, Blow Down Heat Exchangers etc. We have designed and manufactured Waste Heat Recovery Systems upto 15 ton per hour steam generation and pressure upto 45 kg/cm2 g.
Trustwell India Pvt Ltd – TWEL is our group company established in the year 2000 with
manufacturing facilities at Shrirampur with machineries as like cranes ,welding machines,
tube bending machines, cnc tube bending machines, latest quality welding machines, plasma
cutting machines etc.
TWEL has state of art technology , used for construction of WHRB / super heater /
economizer square / round fin welding technology and shrink fitting technology.
Testing facilities at trust well has well equipped quality assurance system, complete all
formalities assigned by Indian Boiler Regualation (IBR), tie-up with various laboratories for
chemical and physical analysis of raw materials and finished products.
TWEL manufacture all types of Boilers processing equipments & amp; systems for low
temperature heat recovery from Process Plants, DG Exhaust, Cement Plants etc, under IBR
norms, provide tailor made solutions for WHRB, Economizers, Soot Blowers, Air Pre
Heaters, Super Heaters, Soot blowers, firing technologies etc.

Urja Disha Boiler Technologies India Pvt Ltd – BTUT has collaborated with UDBT who
offers technologies for fired, unfired and very special purpose boilers applicable in
metallurgical process, chemical process, petroleum refinery, petro-chemical industry &
power industry.
Urja Disha has developed matured technologies with stoker fired and
fluidised bed firing on various types of biomass, renewable, industrial waste and fossil fuels.
UDBT design the boilers in the range from as small as 200kg/hr to 200 ton/hr capacity boiler
and from 10.5 kg/cm2 pressure to 110 kg/cm2.
UDBT has experience in design of various combustion techniques in the boiler like stoker
fired (dumping grate, travelling grate, reciprocating grate), atmospheric fluidized bed
combustion. UDBT able to provide technologies for various fuel firings like renewable and
nonrenewable fuels. UDBT have Specialty in designing waste heat recovery boiler for the
waste gases from metallurgical industry, Cement Industry, diesel and gas fired engines, gas
turbines etc.
